Morgan Adams is a Yoga Alliance 200 hour E-RYT who teaches weekly Vinyasa and Ashtanga Inspired classes, as well as international yoga retreats. Her classes are strong and creative, yet light-hearted and open-level. She encourages you to step out of your comfort zone, knowing you are supported both mentally and physically. Inversions are by far her favorite, while Ashtanga helps her maintain a complete self practice. Outside of yoga, she has combined her love of travel and jewelry making to form her own handmade jewelry business, One.With.Nature (O.W.N).
